Teaching others how to productize a service

I rescue businesses from WordPress as the Founder and CEO of Resonant Pixel Company.

I have successfully pivoted my six-figure agency to a productized service and am preparing to help you do the same.

Wayne, Army Private.

An experienced designer, storyteller, creative director, and leader.

Several extraordinary and meaningful stops along the way helped shape my career. Coming straight-outta trade school, I was a draftsman drawing up HVAC system blueprints.

Next, I enlisted in the U.S. Army and earned two expeditionary awards for combat service abroad.

Then, there was the time I started creating websites for the family business. But things blasted off dramatically once I took a job as a designer for Atlanta start-up 360i in 1999.

Today, I run a company I love, have a family I adore, and admire a network of people that expands beyond anything I could have imagined.

Just a few highlights.

Back in the day, when you purchased that new amazingly high-tech Blackberry smartphone in a Verizon store, you saw my work scroll across the digital signage. When you opened a Verizon, SPANX, or The Home Depot marketing email, my teams created those for years. In addition, shoppers in Made.com stores across Europe, Crate & Barrel in Chicago, and Timberland stores in New York have interfaced with my app design.

An accomplishment of particular significance is building a creative department from the ground up in an established digital agency. It was a new service offering and internal creative support for lead generation.

Designing processes, hiring great people, training media and account teams on the creative process, governing standards, generating documentation, and establishing a warm culture based on support, testing, and creativity gives me energy. I've worn many hats and sincerely enjoy doing so. The opportunity to put it all together is a principal to why I founded the Resonant Pixel Company.
